FOR SHIRT ARTICLES

ACHISIZE MCZ

Sizing agent with high adhesive power for cotton, wool, synthetic and mixed fibres, which guarantees greater performance in the weaving phase, high resistance to abrasion, a better appearance to the final fabric. It protects the yarn, reducing breakages during the weaving phase, while reducing the formation of dust. Guarantees quick drying of the yarns.

ACHISIZE SPP

Yarns glued with sizes based on synthetic polymers have a much higher resistance to abrasion than that obtained with starchy sizes. The high adhesive power of these sizes, however, can give problems causing the formation of pilling during the separation phase caused by the strong gluing and resistance characteristics of the size film. Achitex Minerva has modified the characteristics of the film so as to maintain excellent resistance to abrasion with moderate resistance to separation. The excellent abrasion resistance characteristics of the product allow an ideal yarn protection capable of limiting the negative effects of wire-wire and wire-metal rubbing with particular regard to wire / yarn fouling during sizing and weaving of dyed yarns. The rheological characteristics of the product allow it to be used at medium concentrations.
