ACHISIZE PIGMENT TECHNOLOGY
Achitex Minerva has developed a system for dyeing yarns during the sizing process itself, using pigment dispersions. Achisize Pigment Technology allows yarns to be sized and dyed in a single phase instead of in two.
The difference compared to conventional sizing systems is the use of a pigmented sizing bath. This system is able to dye cotton, cotton/polyester and wool without damaging fibre quality.

ACHISIZE V3
Unique sizing product, particularly suitable for sizing Ring cotton yarns, with a count higher than Ne 24/1. The product is essential to reduce yarn breaks and production stops on the weaving machine.
BINDER 67
Aqueous dispersion of acrylic resin, with excellent mechanical stability, suitable for protecting yarns from high friction conditions such as wire-to-wire and wire-to-metal.
CROSSLINKER 59
Cross-linking agent that considerably increases the fastness to washing and dry rubbing, without affecting the final hand of the treated yarns.
MINERPRINT® PIGMENTS
Wide range of aqueous dispersions of selected organic pigments, finely dispersed and perfectly homogeneous.
Complete range of products for textile sizing, which improves the resistance of the warp threads during the weaving process.
