ONE SHOT PRODUCTS FOR WOOL

ACHISIZE CZ

Yarns glued with sizes based on synthetic polymers have a much higher resistance to abrasion than that obtained with starchy sizes. The high adhesive power of these sizes, however, can give problems particularly in the presence of warps with a high number of threads, causing the formation of pilling during the separation phase caused by the strong gluing and resistance characteristics of the size film. Achitex Minerva has modified the characteristics of the synthetic base polymer film so as to maintain the same abrasion resistance but reducing the resistance to separation. Its gluing properties are extremely high and allow a strong anchoring of the size such as to significantly reduce the pilling effect and the formation of dust on the frame. The rheological characteristics of the product allow it to be used even at medium / high concentrations.
