ACRYLIC SPINNING
ACHISPAN 110 N
Spin finish developed for the spinning of acrylic fibre, destined to tow-to top and/or staple. Recommended for high speed ring spun cotton staple. It is also used as a spin finish to which softeners and antistats can be added.
ACHISPAN 80
Spin finish developed for mass dyed acrylic fibre destined for Our Door; it gives excellent antistatic properties, avoids dusting during weaving, does not bleed in dyeing and shows excellent compatibility with non-carbon resins, thus allowing a high water column value.
ACHISPAN GD 992
Spin finish intended for online dyed acrylic fibre spinning, gives excellent antistaticity and softness.
ACHISPAN ODE
Spin finish developed for mass dyed acrylic fibre destined for Our Door; it gives excellent antistatic properties, avoids dusting during weaving, does not bleed in dyeing and shows excellent compatibility with non-carbon resins, thus allowing a high water column value. It is characterized by excellent scourability, thus favouring perfect compatibility with fluorocarbon resins.
ACHISPAN OE 122
Spin finish intended for spinning of cotton-cut acrylic fibre subsequently processed in Open End, suitable for both raw and / or dyed fibre.
ACHISPAN PAC FC
Spin finish developed for the carbon fibre precursor spinning, it is characterized by the low residue in the thermo-oxidation phase of the ribbon.
AVIFIL PM
Liquid lubricant and cohesive agent. It can be used for spinning of high-speed and open-end cotton cut acrylic fibre for ring generally as a component in the recipe. Also suitable for cementitious fibre.
