SPECIAL PRODUCTS FOR SPINNING
ACHIFLEX PS
New micronized silica with additives of special components able to improve the usual performances of silica gels. The product is suitable for worsted and woolen spinning of wool and its blends, as well as noble fibres for knitting and weaving. It does not affect the final hand of the yarns, reducing the formation of pilling and the wear of machinery. It does not interfere in subsequent weaving, finishing and dyeing treatments, increasing the regularity and strength of the yarns and limiting the smoothness of the shiny fibres.
CONALUBE ECO 020
Lubricant with lubricating, cohesive and antistatic characteristics, which reduce or eliminate the problems normally present in the weaving phase, due to defective weft insertions. Suitable for both continuous and discontinuous threads. The use of this product could also increase yields by up to 5%. The product allows to reduce friction between fibre and metal, dissipating electrostatic charges and avoiding sticking, formation of deposits and dusting. The product can be easily removed with a simple washing or light soaping.
CONALUBE ECO 100
Blend of esters and lubricating oils with the addition of antistatic emulsifiers and anti-projection additives. Ideal during the winding phase of synthetic yarns, mixed with elastomers and natural ones, on machines that work at high speed. The product is characterized by reducing F/M friction and helping the dissipation of electrostatic charges. It avoids the projection of oil on machines and floors, avoiding dripping on the yarn guides. The product can be eliminated with a simple washing.
COROIL MAR
Lubricant for rings and weft insertion, which does not contain mineral oil. The product is highly biodegradable and easily purged.
COROIL NGL

RINGOIL B2
Product developed for the lubrication of rings, knitting needles and other mechanical operations where optimal lubrication is required. It is characterized by reducing F/M friction and helping the knitting needles sliding. It does not damage the mechanical parts and protects the rings of the rings. The product is easily purgable.
