THERMOSETTING PRODUCTS
Achitex Minerva thanks to proprietary technology and special know how developed during the years is able to do epoxy emulsions with specific epoxy index and required particle size in addition also a more particular products like reacted epoxy or salified epoxy that have the best performance in termosetting application.
AEPOXI 732 SF
Water-dispersible epoxy resin with low free acid content, ideal for producing water resistant cured coatings. The product guarantees good thermal properties, hardness, toughness, adhesion and corrosion resistance.
AEPOXI EL 60
Aqueous emulsion of liquid epoxy resin with 60% solid content and an acid pH between 3 and 5. Designed for thermosetting application on glass fibre. Epoxy index 185-215 g / eq and PSD <1µm.
AEPOXI ESL 55
Aqueous emulsion of semi-solid epoxy resin with 55% solid content and an acid pH between 3 and 5. Designed for thermosetting application on glass fibre. Epoxy index 210-245 g / eq and PSD <1µm.
AEPOXI P 220
Transparent epoxy dispersion with a solid content of about 65%, designed for the thermosetting application of alkali resistant glass fibres. Epoxy index 0 g/eq.
