ADHESIVES FOR PAPER CONES
The need to differentiate its offer has led the Group to develop a range of highly performing products for gluing paper cones.
The products are adhesives characterized by a high taking, which improve the compressive strength of the final cone, but also the wet and vapor resistance.
The process takes place with the aid of automatic machines, which allow the production of paper cones starting from recycled paper.
COLTACK SSM
Liquid product for the sizing of paper cones for the textile industry, developed with the aim of creating a water-based product with high performance. The strong adhesion at low viscosity makes it suitable for use on high speed winding machines, with lower costs than traditional adhesives. It is characterized by its high tensile strength and its flexibility, as well as by its high tacking. The product improves the compressive strength of the final cone, but also the wet and vapor resistance. It is not subject to bacterial loads, therefore it can be stored for long periods without undergoing alterations.
COLTACK SSM POWDER G
Powder version of the COLTACK SSM product, intended mainly for foreign markets, in order to contain transport costs. It allows to obtain the same performances of the product in liquid form.
