As result of a long row of activities that took place in the last 3 years, with the aim of offering to our Customers the best technical and commercial support, the widest range of products for any kind of application and for any need, the best integrated logistic service, starting from January 1st, 2010 the activities of Achitex Srl and Minerva Spa has been merged in a new Company named Achitex Minerva Spa.

The definitive integration of the two Companies has the mission of leading to the market the know-how and the expertise of decades of worldwide activity. Achitex Minerva Spa introduce itself as unique and reliable partner, simplifying the relations with its partners and direct customers, making easier the access to its products and services.

New MICRONIL range for water-based paints

Minerva S.p.A announces that the range of MICRONIL series, pigment dispersions for water-based paints, has been widened to now include three new colours especially designed for outdoor use and which are weather-fast.
The new MICRONIL colour chart will soon be available giving information about the weather-resistance for all the colours.
 

New Division FIBRES & YARNS

Achitex announces the creation of its new division “Fibres and Yarns”.
The main aim of this new business unit is to develop and promote spin finishes, overspray and lubricants, coning oils on the market for primary, secondary spinning and coning, as well as to offer the customers a flexible and reliable partner, one which is highly prepared to cater for National and International market needs.

REACH pre-registration completed
We confirme that all Achitex products will be commercialized in conformity to European Regulamentation 1907/2006 REACH.

For this purpose, we proceeded to the pre-registration of all chemical substances we produce or import, that are part of our formulations. At the same time, we required to our suppliers to pre-register all chemical substances they are supplying as raw material before December 1st, 2008.

We herewith confirm that actually all Achitex products do not contains SVHC substances (Substances of Very High Concern), as indicated in the "Candidate List" of ECHA.
