This system is not conceptually new, because previous experiences have been made, but has never established itself as a regular practice because of its inherent operational difficulties.

Achitex Minerva SpA engineers have carefully reviewed and revised the entire process successfully resolving the negative points mentioned above

• Pigment dyeing on only warp yarns
• Perfect compatibilty and stability of the sizing-pigment solution
• Perfect dyeing uniformity on all warp height
• Easily and very good shade reproducibility between “batch and batch”
• Good loom efficiency (air jet and rapier )

All the equipment can be easily washed (cooker, box tank, sizing box.....) with hot water alone or with the help of a hydro-cleaner

We acquire the company chemical product branch related to the textile field, including production and marketing of auxiliaries, pastes and pigments for printing, primary and secondary spinning oils, chemical products for sizing and auxiliaries for dying, fabric pre-treatment/bleaching and textile finishing.

Both products and know-how for production and marketing of Lamberti S.p.A. chemical additives, auxiliaries and pigments, as well as the related trademarks and sale organization (in-house and external), will become integral part of Achitex Minerva S.p.A.offer. This will ensure our Customers of one of the widest range of products and solutions for the Textile Industry improving the company presence, availability and services in the world market.

SCREEN-PRINTING PROJECT

Achitex Minerva Spa carries on its own evolution developping the “SR” project, which initials identify the specific products for the screen printing field. 

Under Minerva´s brand, our Group has always been present in this field and today, thanks to the experience gained during the years and the professionalism that distinguishes itself, it has been possible to widen its own range in order to meet the always more specific requests from customers and brands working in this field. Our company offers to its customers a range of products suitable for serigraphy within the most important law, which provides for the absence of harmful substances such as PVC, phthalates, formaldehyde, etc.. 

The “SR” range borns today with new “cracking” effects, with more effective corrosion applications, with extremely soft elastic pastes, ready-to-use pastes that never dry during the process. 
We will add soon other new products to this range, following trends and requests of the end users. 

“SR” are not only initials, it´s a new mission: our mission!

GOTS certification of ACHITEX MINERVA SPA products

Achitex Minerva Spa obtained Gots (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification updating for a series of its pigments and auxiliaries.

Now Achitex Minerva Spa has the Gots Certification for a full system of printing at pigment, offering the possibility to its own customers to obtain the certification of their textiles products.
The international Gots certification wants to promote the quality of the textile products and garments in the safeguard of environment and protecting the health and safety of final consumers.
